Processing Time:
All greeting cards are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Area
I only ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Rates and Delivery:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your and order size.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch (Standard Delivery).
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on postal service delays or busy holiday periods.
Packaging
Each card is carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and mailed in a sturdy envelope to ensure it arrives safely.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t reach you within a reasonable time, please contact me at [your email]. I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue quickly.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and Refunds:
Because all items are handmade, I begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, I may not be able to cancel or refund your order once work has started.
Personalised and Custom Orders:
Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or there is a mistake on my part (for example, an error in the personalisation that doesn’t match your order details).
Non-Personalised Items:
For non-personalised cards, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
